Platinum Jubilee Church Services and Village Events

There is plenty planned in our village to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. This page lists some of the events at our church and in Lapford village.

Thursday 2nd June

• 9.15pm Lighting the Jubilee Beacon on Lower Town Place.

Friday 3rd June

• 2-5.00pm Jubilee Art Competition display in the ARK - afternoon tea will be served
• From 2.00pm There will be a Treasure Trail around the village, book in the ARK.

Sunday 5 June

  • 11.00am Jubilee Service in the Parish Church.
  • 1.00pm Big Jubilee Picnic on Lower Town Place.
  • 2.30pm Children's Games on Lower Town Place organised by Lapford Community Church.
